Ajouter le riz et cuire 1 minute en remuant pour bien l\u2019enrober. Ajouter le vin et laisser r\u00e9duire presque \u00e0 sec.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter le fond de homard, 125 ml (1\/2 tasse) \u00e0 la fois, en remuant fr\u00e9quemment jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le liquide soit compl\u00e8tement absorb\u00e9 entre chaque ajout. Saler et poivrer. Apr\u00e8s 20 \u00e0 25 minutes, le riz devrait \u00eatre al dente.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporer les petits pois et poursuivre la cuisson environ 1 minute. Sortir du feu, Ajouter le homard, le parmesan et r\u00e9chauffer en remuant. Rectifier l\u2019assaisonnement.
